Iron zirconium is a ferroalloy composed of zirconium and iron, silicon, aluminum and other elements. Iron zirconium used in steelmaking is zirconium ferrosilicate, containing Zr15% ~ 45%, Si30% ~ 65%. The product produced by thermite method is called zirconium aluminum-iron because it contains aluminum, containing 15% Zr BBB 0. In 1789, M.H.Klaproth of Germany discovered a new oxide, named "Zircomia". In 1824, J.J.Berzelius of Sweden made zirconium for the first time by reducing K2ZrF6 with potassium. In 1923, the test of using zirconium ferrosilicon as deoxidizer was carried out for the first time in American steel mill, and good results were obtained.
